A leading retail business in the Hair & Beauty sector is looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join them on a full-time and permanent basis.

This is a high-impact position, ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, confidence in managing budgets and agency relationships, and a proven ability to deliver results in customer acquisition.

Pay range

Up to £61,000 per annum. Hybrid – Bracknell (3 days a week). This range is provided by Niche Recruitment Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Managing digital acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Retargeting, and Affiliates


• Leading strategy and delivery of new customer acquisition across both B2B and retail segments


• Overseeing agency relationships and marketing budgets to maximise ROI


• Identifying and testing new channels to drive acquisition growth


• Optimising lead generation funnels and supporting customer conversion


• Collaborating with CRM and insights teams to deliver data-driven, personalised campaigns

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering acquisition-focused digital campaigns


• Strong expertise across SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing within a retail or B2B setting


• Confidence in agency management and budget ownership


• Analytical capability with platforms such as Google Analytics


• A strategic yet hands-on approach to marketing in a dynamic environment
