We’re working with a building services contractor who are absolutely not your average M&E outfit. A reputation for quality, loyalty and the long game – they’re serious about doing things properly. And that includes how they win work.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to take ownership of the full proposal process. That means everything from pulling together key stakeholders, structuring and formatting compelling responses, running kick-off and review meetings, and hitting deadlines with confidence. You’ll manage the bid plan, chase inputs, polish the final output, and make sure every document tells a story that resonates.

You’ll also assume control of templates, version control and best practice. And because this isn’t a massive team – you’ll be given the freedom to try new things, test tools, and bring ideas to the table.

As well as demonstrating experience in a similar capacity, the ability to use InDesign is absolutely imperative.
