Job Overview
MDE UK is seeking a Quality Manager for an Aerospace & Defence Component manufacturer near Bristol. Key Responsibilities
- Control and improve quality throughout the organization to meet customer expectations.
- Manage the quality team and promote a right-first-time approach.
- Advise on measurement techniques and foster continuous improvement.
- Operate within an AS9100 quality environment.
- Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) on-site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- AS9100 Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA certified).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in an AS9100 environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a precision machining inspection department.
- IOSH certification; NEBOSH preferred.
