Delivery Consultant for Taylor Hopkinson
Substation Automation and Telecom Systems Inspector needed for a Major Offshore Wind Developer in Europe
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations.
- Organize training sessions to ensure staff are familiar with HSE policies and safe practices.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety standards.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on incidents, audits, and improvements.
- Coordinate communication between project teams and HSE staff to ensure compliance.
- Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and awareness skills.
- Team player with experience coordinating HSE activities.
- Proficiency in HSE software and tools.
- Experience within the Energy industry.
- Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations (advantageous).
- NEBOSH qualification or relevant Degree.
- IOSH accreditation.
