Business Development Manager (BDM) – Remote
This role is for an experienced, driven sales professional in the digital marketing sector. You will be a key player in our Field Sales team, building relationships, driving new business, and supporting customers across the UK.
Base Pay Range
£35,875 – £53,875 (base salary, with uncapped on‑target bonuses). Car allowance £5,200–£6,200.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect new business through self‑sourced and company‑provided leads.
- Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual consultations to understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients, driving revenue growth.
- Nurture client relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and ongoing account management up to 12 months post‑sale.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, boosting client ROI and delivering long‑term success.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales (Field Sales or High‑Performing Telesales).
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
- Excellent presentation skills – verbal and written.
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
