As a Product Owner, you oversee end‑to‑end product development to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations. You are accountable for maximizing ROI and delivering measurable business value by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing product performance.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality, fully functional products, features, and enhancements to market.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with customer needs, stakeholder expectations, and product vision.
- Provide business and domain leadership as Scrum Product Owner, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Lead requirements engineering activities, including gathering, prioritizing, elaborating, planning, and validating requirements.
- Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and defect descriptions to support effective delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer and primary source of requirements for the Scrum team, providing clarity on product goals and priorities.
- Manage and engage stakeholders (customers, partners, resellers, and internal teams), incorporating feedback into product evolution.
- Communicate progress, expectations, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Collaborate with the Scrum team and Product Manager on release, sprint, and resource planning to maximize delivered value and quality.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in Product Leadership, preferably in a Unified Communications or SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders, from C‑level executives to technical users and agents.

- Broad business acumen with strong industry and market knowledge.
- Strong awareness of market trends and customer needs.

- Deep understanding of the value and benefits delivered by products and services to customers.
- Ability to plan, delegate, and oversee work across development teams.

- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Scrum and Scrum@Scale.
