Norfolk County Council

Level: 9399 | Secondment/Fixed‑term (12 months) | Part‑time (29.6 hrs/week) | Salary: £43,822‑£48,227 pro rata per annum | Grade: K | Location: County Hall

An exciting opportunity is available to join our innovative performance management team within the Integrated Commissioning function of Children’s Services. We have an established team which monitors the quality of commissioned (and some in‑house) residential settings for children and young people, including registered children’s homes, supported accommodation and 38‑week joint funded placements. The team works closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure our wide range of providers are delivering high‑quality services which improve outcomes for Norfolk’s children and young people and help deliver our shared ambition – that Norfolk is a place where all children and young people can flourish.

Responsibilities

For the role, we are looking for someone with a high degree of professional curiosity, tenacity, flexibility, a keen eye for detail, an ability to analyse and present complex information, and great relationship‑building skills. We are ideally seeking someone with operational experience within a residential environment, and knowledge of appropriate regulatory frameworks is essential.

This post is available as a fixed‑term contract or secondment.

Before you apply, we recommend reading the full Job Description and Person Specification to help you demonstrate you meet the criteria.
