Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager – CAPEX & FM

Location: London, 1-2 days a week, with occasional site visits

Salary & Package: £70,000 - £75,000 + bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global is proud to partner with a global, market-leading brand currently seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their busy, best-in-class procurement team. The centralised function is based in London, but the role has an EMEA focus, covering countries like Spain, Germany, and France.

The company has several exciting FM & Construction projects in the pipeline. The successful candidate must have a demonstrable track record in these areas to succeed. Please read on for more information!

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to and collaborate closely with the Head of Procurement
• Manage one Category Buyer directly
• Oversee construction suppliers, minimizing CAPEX & Facilities spend for new stores
• Re-tender, negotiate, and develop contracts with contractors, equipment providers, and professional advisors
• Monitor major cost inputs and advise on responses to significant movements
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to reduce costs without compromising specifications

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in a multi-site, complex environment
• Strong category experience in FM, Capex, & Construction
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments is preferred
