Product Owner (Technical) – Relocation to UK, Poland, Spain, or UAE
Revolut is a global financial superapp that helps over 65 million customers manage money worldwide. We’re looking for a Product Owner (Technical) who can drive the design, launch, and growth of product features. The role supports relocation and offers remote/hybrid flexibility.
About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will own a product roadmap, manage day‑to‑day operations, deliver projects, and align cross‑functional teams to Revolut’s mission.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own your team’s products and features from ideation to launch, growth and maintenance
- Set goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Revolut’s mission
- Drive maximum impact through data analysis, market research and company strategy
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years’ experience in a high‑growth tech company or banking/finance (payments, crypto, trading, etc.)
- 2+ years’ experience on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, ML, etc.)
- 1 year of people‑management experience (directly managing Engineering, Operations, Design)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and technical acumen with ROI‑based prioritisation
- Proven ability to formulate and execute a focused product vision
- Bias toward action, bootstrapping and hands‑on problem solving
- Track record of launching products from scratch
- Capability to deliver measurable results in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
