WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- General knowledge of Facilities Management and ability to deliver and organise hard and soft services.
- Openness to new sustainable solutions affecting energy consumption, emissions, waste, and chemicals.
- Inspiration to orchestrate people in a changing multi‑dimensional environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Expertise in contract and supplier management and work order management for urgent, planned, reactive maintenance.
- People management, end‑to‑end project management, retail FM experience and budget/supplier oversight.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Manage all FM aspects of the store to optimise value and efficiency sustainably.
- Implement Ingka FM within the store through the Unit FM team.
- Responsible for each property throughout its lifetime: safety, compliance, maintenance, improvement.
- Ensure awareness of FM frameworks, guidelines, initiatives.
- Asset management, long‑term planning, budgeting, implementation, forecasting, reporting.
- Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at store level, aligning with internal governance.
- Provide effective leadership, empower co‑workers, develop skills, secure succession planning.
