We’re working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed professional services group that is looking to hire a Corporate Development Manager to support its ongoing buy-and-build strategy.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in the full deal lifecycle, including:
- Identifying and screening acquisition targets
- Supporting valuation, financial analysis and business case development
- Managing advisors and coordinating due diligence
- Assisting with deal execution through to completion
The role offers genuine end-to-end exposure rather than a narrow execution-only remit.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7+ years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking (M&A), or Corporate Finance
- Experience within or exposure to professional services, business services, financial services or related sectors preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to engage credibly with founders, advisors and senior stakeholders
- Ideally candidates will be ACA qualified or the equivalent
- Comfortable operating in a PE-backed, fast-paced environment
