What you will be doing

• Developing and delivering market intelligence on global law firms, including lateral moves, compensation data, and hiring trends
• Building proactive research strategies for partner and associate level search mandates
• Creating market maps, target firm lists, and candidate intelligence for live searches
• Acting as a central knowledge hub for the Law Firm practice
• Ensuring all data and intelligence is accurately captured and maintained within Bullhorn
