Key Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
- Analyse customer requests to assess technical feasibility and recommend suitable solutions.
- Source products globally and generate competitive quotations that meet customer specifications.
- Negotiate supplier terms to secure the best value.
- Provide responsive technical and commercial support throughout the quoting and ordering process.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with detailed customer procedures and quality standards.
- Consistently meet personal KPIs and team sales targets.
