Base Pay

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a global leader in gaming technology and interactive entertainment, who are recruiting a Product Manager to join their innovative Virtual Sports division, based in their Manchester office.

The successful candidate will possess experience in product management, ideally within gaming, sports or digital entertainment, with the strategic mindset and drive needed to support the continued growth of a world‑leading product portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering virtual sports products used by millions of players worldwide, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. The ability to manage complex product lifecycles, build relationships, and represent the product in client‑facing situations is essential.

There is an excellent rewards package on offer including a basic salary of up to c.£60k DOE (flexible upwards), hybrid working (2–3 days onsite), 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy or sell more, birthday off, life assurance, enhanced family leave, a private healthcare savings scheme and an employee assistance programme.

• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement
• Maintain and enhance the product roadmap, aligning with overall product strategy
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories
• Lead regular triage calls and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify product opportunities
• Represent the product in client meetings, demos and pitch sessions
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar product management role, ideally within gaming, sports, digital entertainment, gambling or similar
• Ability to manage complex product roadmaps and lifecycles
• Stakeholder management and ability to confidently represent products to clients
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design and commercial teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Proactive mindset, communication skills and a drive for delivering high‑impact products
