Who are we looking for?

We’re are looking for an experienced Product Owner and Manager to focus on our AI Services and Ops domain who applies AI with discipline to improve service and operations. Your starting point is introducing ServiceNow before extending AI and workflow automation across the highest‑value operational journeys. You’ll validate use cases, run controlled experiments, and ensure adoption sticks. Success means faster resolutions, tighter SLAs, and higher satisfaction rates.

Working in a fact‑based, experience‑based, and evidence‑based manner, the Product Owner Manager is responsible for ranked, product backlogs underpinned by empirical product discovery and validation. The Product Owner Manager facilitates and orchestrates a framework for setting, prioritising, defining, validating requirements to deliver quantifiable business outcomes and value.
