Marketing Operations Manager – AI-Powered B2B SaaS
Propel is partnering with an AI-driven platform transforming how global finance teams handle document processing. By automating complex data workflows, they help businesses save time and increase accuracy. As they scale rapidly, they need a Marketing Operations Manager to build, streamline and grow the systems that fuel demand generation, campaign success and revenue insights.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and improve the entire MarTech stack—Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified—making sure everything works smoothly together and campaigns run flawlessly
- Create and optimise automated workflows for lead capture, enrichment, routing and nurturing to deliver personalised experiences at scale
- Develop and maintain lead scoring models to identify high-potential prospects and accelerate pipeline growth
- Support WordPress site operations alongside content and web teams to ensure top performance
- Explore and implement AI tools for smarter segmentation and automation
- Equip marketing teams with tools, processes and training to run scalable campaigns
- Align sales and marketing workflows to ensure fast lead handoffs and accurate reporting
- Build dashboards and reports that reveal campaign performance and marketing’s impact on revenue
- Collaborate closely with RevOps, Demand Gen and Product Marketing to maximise results
What they’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations within fast-growing B2B SaaS
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress and conversational marketing platforms like Qualified
- Proven success creating lead lifecycle strategies, scoring models and automation workflows
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of GDPR and CCPA compliance
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Make or Zapier
- A collaborative attitude, comfortable working across Sales, Demand Gen and other teams
Location: Flexible with a London office, most of the team come in one day a week | Occasional travel outside of the UK.
