Base pay range

Senior Digital Project Manager

Pay up to £68,205, plus 28.97% employer pension contributions, hybrid working, flexible hours, and great work life balance.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale digital change. Manage projects with multi-functional teams to deliver innovative services that support millions of people. Modernising legacy systems, driving cloud adoption, and creating low-code solutions while leading impactful change in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Take ownership of project controls, ensuring plans, risks, issues, and dependencies are managed effectively. Provide governance and reporting to senior leaders, influencing decisions at board level and resolving complex challenges with confidence. Work across a diverse stakeholder landscape, setting the pace for delivery and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve success. Foster a positive team culture, coaching and mentoring to improve flow, quality, and ownership, while managing dynamics and resolving conflicts as needed. Continue your own development and support the wider Project Delivery community to establish best practices and standards.

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale digital change. You will own project controls, provide governance and reporting to senior leaders, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve success. You will coach and mentor to improve flow, quality and ownership, and support your own development and the wider community of project delivery.

Skills, knowledge and experience

Location and hybrid working

Location: Choose from Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield

Hybrid Working: Hybrid model – some time at home and some time in a hub.

Pay, Pension and Holidays

Pay: From £57,946 to £68,205

Pension: Civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%

Holidays: 26 days rising to 31 days, plus up to 3 extra flexi-time days per month and public holidays.
