Senior Business Development Manager - South
Kind Consultancy is working with a fast-growing challenger bank which is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join them in a permanent, full-time remote role covering the South of England, paying £65,000 to £75,000 dependent on experience, as well as a benefits package and car allowance.
The Senior BDM will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Create and develop intermediary relationships
- Devise strategic plans
- Drive revenue growth
- Expand the bank's market presence
For the Senior Business Development Manager opportunity, we're looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in Mortgage Lending and a background in Financial Services (essential)
- Have substantial experience in Business Development, Sales and Intermediary Relationship Management
- Have a proven track record of developing strategic business plans and executing them successfully
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Can assess market trends and pinpoint new business opportunities
- Have a problem-solving approach to their work and confidence in making decisions
- Are self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote position
- Must have significant experience of work within banking or the specialist lending arena (essential)
