Private Client Associate to Head of Department – Hinckley – Competitive Salary
Superb opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor, from mid-level to Head of Department, to join a thriving National Legal 500 Practice in their office in Hinckley. Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor and a new Head of Department to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a highly regarded, award winning private client team. The firm is recognised across the globe for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Private Client Team, it is now seeking to appoint an Associate and Head of Department to work alongside its existing Private Client Team, handling a mixed Private Client caseload to include wills, probate, trusts and estates planning.
The Candidate
- Associate 4+ PQE or 8+ Senior Associate / Head of Department
- Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax and Trusts
- Confident managing an independent caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet fee income targets in a fast-paced environment
- Full STEP membership would be desirable
