We are working with an award-winning agency who are looking for an Artwork Specialist. This role sits at the heart of their packaging production process, helping to make sure every piece of artwork is delivered accurately, efficiently, and beautifully in line with brand standards.

You’ll be right at the heart of their production setup, creating smart templates, building brand guidelines into workflows, and collaborating across teams to keep quality high and processes running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing automation solutions to streamline packaging artwork creation
• Creating active brand guidelines and production templates
• Managing and refining automated workflows with the design and tech teams
• Checking artwork for accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
• Collaborating with production, creative and client teams to keep projects on track
• Championing new technology and innovations to make things run even better

What we’re looking for

• Around 3+ years’ experience in packaging and artwork
• Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
• Great organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
• Strong brand guardianship and an eye for detail

Bonus points if you’ve worked with automation platforms, artwork management systems, or have experience developing toolkits and guidelines for big brands.
