The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Contract Product Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative technology business in the iGaming and Affiliate space. This is a delivery-focused, hands-on product role — ideal for someone who can translate business needs into structured product requirements, maintain sprint readiness, and enable engineering teams to move efficiently.

This is a front-foot, product-led role where you’ll engage directly with stakeholders — including C-suite executives — to scope, refine, and prioritise initiatives.

You won’t be alone: you’ll work alongside supportive teams and experienced engineers, but the focus is on keeping strong product discipline alive throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating business problems into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Driving backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Engaging with stakeholders across the business, including C-suite, to align priorities and ensure clarity.
• Scoping and breaking down MVPs, turning high‑level ideas into tactical roadmaps and tangible delivery plans.
• Partnering with engineering to take products to market efficiently, maintaining a product‑led perspective while ensuring execution excellence.
• Operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑system environment, balancing agility with structured product discipline.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Product Management experience in the iGaming / Affiliate industry.
• Experience delivering through engineering teams, ideally with API‑driven or internal tooling platforms.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, backlog prioritisation, and product scoping.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in MVP creation, tactical roadmaps, and product‑to‑market execution.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
