We’re looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex ServiceNow delivery projects end-to-end – on time, on budget, and with maximum customer value.

You’ll be the driving force behind governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that every engagement delivers the outcomes our customers expect.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Project Delivery: Own and drive large-scale ServiceNow engagements, often in partnership with leading service providers.
  • Governance & Control: Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resourcing, reporting, and financials from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customer teams to understand business goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Methodology Expertise: Apply ServiceNow’s NowCreate methodology and best practices to ensure delivery success and long-term customer adoption.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring clarity of tasks and accountability for results.
  • Problem‑Solving: Identify deviations from plan, propose corrective actions, and drive resolution.
  • Mentorship: Guide partner or internal team members to ensure delivery quality and knowledge transfer.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ServiceNow Delivery Experience:
    • Track record leading multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
    • Solid understanding of the platform’s workflows and capabilities.
  • Professional Services Background:
    • 8+ years in delivery leadership roles (Engagement Manager, Technical Project Manager, or equivalent).
  • Business Transformation Expertise:
    • Experience managing workflow and process transformation projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Delivery Discipline:
    • Skilled at managing budgets, risks, and dependencies in complex programmes.
