What does the role involve? Hilti Outperformer is a two-year graduate program that gives you the opportunity to dive into a variety of international projects and gain exposure to senior management. It is a fast-paced and exciting journey with close coaching and mentoring every step of the way. From day one, you will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and hone your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into four main stages:
- 3-4 months in an operational role
- 2-3 months for an intro & project in global logistics
- 14 months in operational rotations and projects within warehousing, transportations or other supply chain business units
- 4 months in a strategic project
From the start you will be immersed in logistics topics such as demand planning, transport tendering and warehouse operations. You will have real responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact. Your curiosity and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in achieving our company's purpose: Making Construction Better.
What you’ll receive / What we offer

- Hilti Summit – 4-5 days at our headquarters in Schaan (Liechtenstein) for a global view of our business
- CSR Summit – 7-8 days in a house building project to improve life conditions of those in need
- Leadership Course & Summit – a course at a renowned European business school, plus a 5-day on-site summit

What you need
- You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2026, with a Master’s degree or PhD relevant to the Logistics track
- At least three months in an international environment, working or studying
- Less than 3 years of full-time professional experience
- Multilingual – fluent in English and at least one other language (or willing to learn another)
- You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills. You’re a global thinker, interested in general management topics, keen for intercultural experiences and opportunities working abroad
- Full, clean, manual UK Driver’s License
Who should apply?
We have an excellent mix of people; some of our best account managers joined with no experience. If you’ve never worked in sales or construction, that’s fine. Success at Hilti is down to teamwork and ability, no matter your background.
