Commercial FP&A Manager

• Central London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
• Contract runs till October (potential to extend)
• Available at short notice

We’re partnering with a global research organisation during an exciting growth phase. They’re looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to support financial planning, reporting and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Deliver clear financial reporting and actionable insights
• Partner and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions
• Strengthen financial controls and support project analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance

Successful Candidate:

• Experience in building relationships with and influencing key stakeholders
• Available immediately or at short notice
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is highly regarded
