An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Ecommerce Executive to join a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand based in Chelsea. This is a pivotal role within the digital team, supporting the day-to-day management of the website and ensuring best-in-class online shopping experiences that drive growth across UK and international markets.

Your Responsibilities as Ecommerce Executive

• Support daily trading of the website to maximise sales and conversion.
• Manage site content updates, including product uploads, copy, and imagery.
• Ensure products are correctly categorised and optimised for search.
• Assist with online merchandising, homepage updates, and promotional activity.
• Monitor performance of key categories and highlight trading opportunities.
• Work with Marketing on digital campaigns, email, and social integration.
• Track, analyse, and report on site KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Liaise with Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Support international site launches, localisation, and seasonal updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within fashion, beauty, or luxury retail.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong commercial awareness and eye for detail.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A passion for digital, luxury fashion, and customer experience.
