This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our Brighton office 5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.
Due to the continued success and growth of our Brighton sales team, we are actively recruiting BDMs to join the team in January.
In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to account management, connecting SMEs with our award‑winning product.
We try not to take ourselves too seriously (all the time) so we make sure our office is decked out with a pool table, arcade machine, beer tap, and a couple of office dogs thrown in for good measure.

First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner
Second stage: 60 minute in-person interview with Sales Managers and a chance to meet the current team
