Position: Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $60–$75/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Create deliverables related to common workflows and processes within shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Review peer‑developed deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance to real‑world logistics operations.
• Provide insights that enhance AI understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply‑chain coordination.
• Contribute expertise to improve the design and reasoning of AI models trained on logistics and inventory systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (typically 4+ years of professional experience).
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
• Ability to document and evaluate operational workflows effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on process accuracy and procedural logic.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
