As Client Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for your customers, working closely with them to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and help them maximise value from the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Work with clients to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Partner with technical and commercial teams to launch new products.
• Provide proactive, solutions-focused support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market activity to keep clients ahead of trends.

What you’ll bring

• A track record in B2B sales or account management within the food sector (ingredients experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and a relationship-focused mindset.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to spot opportunities.
• Problem-solving ability and confidence in negotiations.
• Willingness to travel nationally, plus some international trips.
