Reports To: Head of Academic Coordinator, Quality Team Leader, Campus Manager

FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

The Engagement Officer is responsible for the welcoming and involvement at 360 degrees of first and foremost students, but also parents, college counselors and even partner companies. Where students are concerned this involves ensuring everything from visa and housing needs to social activities. They will work closely with the recruitment team, students, alumni and other staff members to ensure that all stakeholders are known on a first-name basis, followed and engaged and to ensure all processes meet ESE’s quality standards and objectives.
