About Us

We're a lean, high-growth outbound GTM consulting firm specialising in cold email strategies that drive ROI and book qualified sales meetings for our portfolio of 6-8 B2B clients across multiple industries. We obsess over deliverability and outbound sales performance.

Founded in 2023, we're building a 100% remote team currently consisting of our founder and one part-time team member. We work with clients ranging from ambitious startups to established mid-market companies.

Job Role

Your Mission: As a GTM Manager, your job is to own and improve our fulfilment process end-to-end for customers paying for GTM services. This includes maximising sales meetings booked and ROI for customers, ensuring campaigns hit KPIs on their outbound campaigns, building out our fulfilment and operations playbook, and freeing the founders' time to focus on marketing and sales.

Success Looks Like: Your biggest priority is to maintain and improve client results and satisfaction while staying profitable - meaning you deliver great results without overspending on tools or resources. You'll have autonomy to run this function independently, with the founder available for support and collaboration when needed.

We want you to lead and innovate: You'll have full ownership of this function and we encourage you to bring fresh ideas and optimizations. This is a collaborative environment where your expertise will help us scale what's already working while identifying new opportunities for improvement.

Growth Opportunity: You'll initially work alongside our part-time team member, but as we hire and grow, this role has the potential to evolve into Head of GTM - meaning you'd manage and develop new team members as we scale.

To win in this role you need to be exceptional at driving results for customers, a great communicator and leader, and scrappy enough to thrive in a startup environment.

What You'll Gain:

Work in a high-growth startup environment and see what's working firsthand

Partner with a variety of high-growth companies and drive real impact for their businesses

Potential to build and lead a team as we expand

Shape processes and systems from the ground up

You'll be held accountable for hitting targets, meeting deadlines, and driving results. If you're not excited about a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant growth potential, this role may not be the right fit.
