Base pay range
Our client is seeking an experienced Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to manage High Net Worth, Major Loss, and complex claims, including escape of oil. This remote/home-based role requires a proactive and efficient approach to claims management while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex property claims efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Produce high-quality, technically accurate reports.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Apply expert knowledge of policy cover, building defects, and restoration processes.
- Utilise advanced negotiation skills to achieve optimal settlements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in loss adjusting or insurance, specialising in major loss claims.
