Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager (Digital & Public Sector)

Hybrid working (UK-based) – 2-3 days on site in West Midlands

We’re looking for a number of experienced Delivery Managers to lead digital delivery across complex public sector programmes, products and live services. You’ll be accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery while building and leading large, multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery across multiple digital projects and live services
• Manage and motivate teams typically ranging from 20–40 people, with senior roles leading up to 150 people across multiple teams
• Own delivery against time, cost and quality
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery constraints
• Embed agile and modern digital delivery practices in line with public sector standards
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across delivery, policy and operations

What you’ll bring

• Strong leadership experience managing medium to large digital delivery teams
• Proven delivery experience in public sector or regulated environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence managing budgets, capacity planning and delivery forecastingA people-first mindset, focused on coaching, capability building and continuous improvement
