Responsibilities
Technical Sales Processes
- Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.
- Develop and present customized solutions addressing specific client challenges and business objectives.
Technical Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre‑sales, or technical consulting roles.
- 2 years in fintech – bonus.
- Deep understanding of AI‑powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challenges.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
