Our client, a precision engineering business serving robotics, defence, and high-performance sectors, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner and/or Programmer. They operate modern HAAS lathes and mills and use Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM.

Role:

• Program, set, and operate HAAS CNC lathes and mills
• Create and optimise toolpaths in Fusion 360
• Inspect components for dimensional accuracy
• Assist with milling operations when needed
• Plan and manage workloads to meet production targets
• Support and mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ CNC turning experience
• Skilled with HAAS lathes and Fusion 360 CAM
• Strong CAD knowledge for workholding setups
• Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machining principles
• Experience supervising or training staff
