Responsibilities
- Utilize native‑level proficiency in Canadian English to analyze conversation data.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning teams to provide high‑quality data for fraud detection models.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets using Python and emerging data technologies.
- Engineer and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), understanding their capabilities and limitations.
- Develop insights into scam tactics specific to Canada to enhance detection strategies.
- Independently troubleshoot and solve analytical problems within project scopes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, especially with Python.
- Experience working with Machine Learning teams and providing robust data support.
- Knowledge of current data technologies, methodologies, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
- Familiarity with scam tactics specific to Canada.
- Experience developing test automation for ETL/data pipelines is a plus.
- An agentic approach to workflow automation and problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Google tools and technologies related to Python and data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to ambiguity.
