Contract Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master (6-12 months)
We are looking for a Contract Agile Delivery Lead to join on a 6-12 month contract.
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Leading Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily scrums, and retrospectives, Optimising backlog and throughput
- Resolving risks, issues, interdependencies and managing external relationships on behalf of the delivery teams
- Creating a harmonious environment, managing conflict quickly and appropriately, creating a trusting and co-operative environment
- Review business, technical and operational requirements and related information to ensure quality inputs to enable effective designs and builds can be tested and implemented
- Estimate and co-ordinate releases with product release management, project managers and business stakeholders aligning to project timescales, release calendars and stakeholder needs
- Continually improve agile and scrum methodology and its implementation to provide high quality and highly efficient delivery
- Reporting to senior stakeholders - strong communication is key for this role.
- Working with other Delivery roles to find improvements in ways of working across the whole gateway forms team
