About the Role
As a Back End Developer (Node.js), you’ll play a key role in expanding the client’s external technical platform — building scalable APIs, enhancing data feeds, and ensuring high-quality, secure integrations that serve customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion of data feeds and API offerings, aligning development priorities with customer needs.
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Champion code quality, best practices, and clean architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for platform enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python, with deep knowledge of their ecosystems.
- Expertise in SQL and database optimization.
- Experience with Kafka, Apache Spark, or Apache Flink for streaming data.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Platform is a plus.
