What’s in it for you?
As a Solution Architect, you’ll take a central role in global ERP transformation projects, ensuring solution integrity, guiding implementation teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to design intelligent, scalable business systems. You'll also play a key role in presales initiatives, helping clients envision the future powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Cloud.
Working remotely in Europe or relocating to the Netherlands, you’ll be empowered to grow personally and professionally backed by a team.
Your Role at a Glance
- Define and ensure architectural integrity for large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional consulting teams
- Translate complex business challenges into strategic technology solutions
- Advise customers on best practices and optimal solution design
- Contribute to presales and discovery engagements
- Develop and refine internal delivery methodologies and toolkits
- Represent a knowledge-driven, collaborative culture in every interaction
What You Bring
- A university degree in SCM, Logistics, Business, Engineering, IT, or similar
- 7–10+ years of ERP consulting experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O (and Dynamics AX), across multiple functional domains
- Experience leading teams in high-impact ERP projects
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure services, data analytics, and automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Business fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
