IT Project Manager (Part-time)

Digis is a European company with 200 employees. Founded 9 years ago, it has grown from a startup into a reliable partner for clients, combining expertise in product development and outsourcing. Our team collaborates directly with clients and often makes business trips.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our remote team and help elevate our cutting-edge project to the next level.

About the project:

The project partners with luxury and independent hotels to enhance their digital presence and drive sustainable, direct growth.

• Project country and TimeZone: UK, working in the Ukrainian time zone
• Project duration: Ongoing
• Methodology: Scrum
• The team: 1 Product Owner, 8 developers

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:
Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project management.

Project Management:
Manage end-to-end delivery of website builds and booking engine setups. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.

Process Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Support sales activities with project insights, reporting, and client presentations.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Relevant experience in IT Project Management (5+ years)
• Experience with Scrum methodology (5+ years)
• Experience with Jira/Confluence (5+ years)
• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex concepts
