Currently recruiting for an Exploit Developer to join a highly respected offensive security team working at the cutting edge of vulnerability research.

This is a rare opportunity to work side by side with world-class vulnerability researchers, building complex software that interacts deeply with real-world platforms to deliver genuine security impact.

The Role

As an Exploit Developer, you’ll be developing robust, high-quality software in unusual and challenging environments, with a strong focus on offensive security. Your work will directly support vulnerability research across a wide range of platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering robustly engineered products in unconventional environments
  • Reverse engineering software internals
  • Reimplementing system internals to expose unintended functionality
  • Deep diving into the architecture of complex and unusual systems

Key skills include:

  • Have strong experience in professional software development and secure development practices
  • Be comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team of researchers and developers
  • Be eligible to hold UK DV clearance
  • High-level languages such as Python
  • Low-level languages such as C and Rust
  • Assembly language or low-level architecture internals
  • Developing offensive security / red team tooling
  • System internals of platforms such as Windows, Linux, Android and iOS
  • Automated build systems such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions
