Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of Private Client Advisors, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Wealth Management: Provide comprehensive wealth management and financial planning services to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure that all client interactions and financial activities adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Private Client Services within a financial institution or wealth management firm.
- A proven track record of successfully managing high-net-worth client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFP, STEP, ATT) an advantage but not a necessity.
