At Booking.com, data drives our decisions. Technology is at our core. And innovation is everywhere. But our company is more than datasets, lines of code or A/B tests. We're the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you make. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the food you sample. Through our products, partners and people, we can empower everyone to experience the world.

Mission and Purpose

Our flight business is one of the cornerstones of the connected trip. We ought to offer the best and most convenient flights to every customer, those that start their trip by buying a flight or those that are complementing their existing journey with a flight. We will do this by having the best user experience available in a product that solves all the pain points of booking a flight today.

Cross‑Sell and Value Team

The Flights Cross‑Sell & Value team is a newly formed customer‑facing team in the Flights track that focuses on helping the Flights customers to become aware of, find, and book an accommodation for the same trip. Think about customers who have just booked a flight. What are the best accommodation options for them? How and when to show these options? How to promote marketing actions to encourage customers to book the flight and the accommodation on Booking.com? How to explain the value of booking everything for the trip in one place? When to use machine learning to do this? Finding the answers to these questions will be the challenge of this multidisciplinary team.

Front End Developer – Flights

As a Front End Developer in Flights, you will be a key part of the development process, making sure that we implement features from ideas to the end product. You will be part of a team that has full‑ownership of everything related to marketing channels and will work with a multidisciplinary team of front end developers, backend developers, copywriters and UX designers.
