Overview

This associate architect role at Konker offers a platform to influence studio strategy beyond project‑by‑project work. You will nurture client relationships, shape bids and frameworks, manage the pipeline with seniors, and guide teams to keep delivery and margin on track while keeping a hand in design and technical.

• Balanced design ambition with programme, risk and cost.
• Comfortable in front of clients and confident in coordinating internal teams to a decision.
