Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solution Architect with proven experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless transition of data across platforms while maintaining integrity, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Architect scalable and secure data solutions for migration projects.
- Define data models, integration patterns, and migration frameworks.
- Develop and execute migration plans for on-premise to cloud or cross-cloud environments.
- Ensure minimal downtime and data consistency during migration.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance to development and data engineering teams.
- Performance & Compliance: Optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data migration tools (Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse).
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Event Hub).
- Certifications in Azure/AWS/GCP Data Architect or related fields.
- Experience of working across geographies.
