Opportunity for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join one of Yorkshire's fastest growing managed service providers in their Sheffield office.

Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience plus benefits.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for multiple teams within the company, managing project delivery and the IT Support Engineers. You will be confident in managing close relationships, dealing with stakeholders in the business and ensuring a smooth, efficient delivery of our IT Services.

Essential Skills

• Experience of IT Service Delivery.
• Proven experience of managing a service desk team.
• A track record of delivering projects to completion.
• Experience working within an MSP environment is desirable but not essential.
