Exciting Opportunity for an IT Client Engineer in London!

Up to £42,000 salary

Are you an experienced IT professional looking to join a dynamic, customer-focused team? This company is seeking a talented IT Client Engineer to provide exceptional support and service to their extensive client base.

As the IT Client Engineer, you will be a key member of the IT support team, responsible for delivering 24/7 assistance to over 18,000 customers.

What you will be doing:

• Providing in-hours BAU support, planned out-of-hours work, and on-call out-of-hours support
• Assisting with client move-in and move-out processes
• Maintaining and troubleshooting site Audio Visual (AV) and meeting room technology
• Managing Wi-Fi, ethernet, networking, and telephony systems
• Liaising with third-party suppliers for various IT services
• Executing client-requested works in offices and communication rooms
• Aiding the IT Sales team during the sales process

Desired Skills and experience:

• Proven experience as an IT engineer in a customer-facing position
• Expertise in networking fundamentals, including VLANs, NAT, OSPF, and L2/L3 switching
• Strong knowledge of virtual private networking and IP security
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
