The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer with proven expertise in AI integration and Copilot development to join K3 Fashion Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical development skills with functional ERP knowledge, and who thrives in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. You will be instrumental in enhancing our Business Central solution, K3 Pebblestone, with intelligent features, while also contributing to core functionality across the K3 Fashion Solutions product set.

About K3 Fashion

K3 Fashion Solutions target the Fashion and Apparel Markets covering Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing sectors with our products, K3 Fashion and K3 Pebblestone. We are a Microsoft recognised Global ISV and both of our core products are embedded and enhance Microsoft's ERP solutions, D365 Finance and supply chain and D365 Business Central respectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on AI and Copilot capabilities
• Collaborate with product managers and functional consultants to identify and implement AI-driven enhancements that improve user experience and business efficiency
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions
• Provide functional and technical support across key modules: Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Products, and Production
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines
• Stay up to date with the latest BC platform updates, Microsoft 365 innovations, and AI advancements
• Work effectively within an ISV environment, contributing to product development cycles and customer-focused enhancements
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the development team

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code
• Demonstrated experience with Copilot for Business Central and AI‑enhanced ERP development
• Strong functional understanding of ERP processes in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Products, and Production
• Experience working with or for an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) is highly preferred
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Knowledge and Experience of Aure/Pipelines/PowerShell and SQL (Tech Admin)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
• Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and staying ahead of the curve in BC and AI technologies
• Strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and peer collaboration

The Role

We are considering candidates for this position in either Bristol, UK, or Nootdorp, Netherlands. This role provides a hybrid work model, enabling a flexible combination of remote work and in‑person collaboration at our modern offices situated in either Bristol or Nootdorp.
