The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to play a key role in building an immersive, high-performance Unity application that powers an AI-driven coaching and simulation experience.

You’ll collaborate with designers and developers to create interactive systems that combine storytelling, adaptive feedback, and real-world training scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize an Unity-based application integrating with AI.
• Lead the creation of interactive experiences, adaptive environments, and intelligent virtual avatars.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to transform conceptual learning goals into engaging user experiences.
• Uphold strong code quality and performance standards.
• Contribute to the ongoing technical architecture and product strategy of the immersive platform.

About You

• 7+ years’ experience in professional Unity/C# development.
• Deep expertise in 3D pipelines, physics, animation, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating Unity with AI/ML systems or data-driven backends (Python, TensorFlow, or REST APIs a plus).
• Proven record of delivering real-time applications or games (Unity, VR/AR).
• Familiarity with networking, multiplayer, or simulation systems is an advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and curiosity about how AI can enhance human learning and performance.
