Start your engineering career with GGM Group – training, support, and a future that grows with you.

  • Has a genuine interest in machinery, mechanics or engineering
  • Enjoys practical, hands-on work
  • Is eager to learn and take pride in their progress
  • Has a good attitude, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset

What you’ll get:

  • A structured training plan with support from experienced engineers and your dedicated training provider
  • A competitive apprentice pay rate with regular reviews
  • A full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (staying within young worker weekly hour limits)
