Role Title: Dynamics NAV/BC Developer
Location: Remote | Reasonable travel to client site
Status: Permanent Contract
SystemsAccountants are working with an established Services provider who are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/BC Developer to join their team. This role will require you to develop and maintain bespoke solutions for NAV/BC software in accordance with customer requirements, providing specialist support for customers’ bespoke applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with NAV/BC consultants and Developers to discuss existing systems and how to convert to NAV / BC products following receipt of order.
- Investigate appropriate solutions to customer requirements and prepare detailed specifications for review.
- Provide estimates of development activities for project quotations and change requests.
- Produce software source code to specifications.
- Perform programmer testing and prepare test environments for independent testing.
- Perform bespoke software installations on occasion.
- Create custom reports to customer specification.
- Document and investigate customers’ queries and respond with appropriate solutions.
- Detailed understanding of project requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
- Documentation and reporting on projects.
- Upgrade and Install NAV/Business Central.
Role Requirements
- 4+ years' experience with Dynamics NAV/BC is essential.
- Experience using C#.NET.
- Good knowledge of AL development language.
- Broad understanding of ERP functions.
- Great communication/interpersonal skills.
- Experience with remote access software and associated technologies
